
Windstream gave us the ultimate challenge: make telecom feel human. And not just in a use-more-humans-in-our-tv-spots kind of way. In a we-understand-humans-and-are-actually-humans-ourselves kind of way.
So we got local and created Lexington Untapped, an artist advocacy program in one of their key markets that provided resources and a stage to untapped musical talent.
We canvassed the town and found talent in bars and street corners.






They stepped up the challenge and sang their southern hearts out — and the community cast their votes.














And for once, people had nice things to say about Windstream.
